One-pot Three-component Synthesis of Phosphonate Derivatives
The stable phosphonate derivatives have easily synthesized by the reactions involving trialkyl(aryl) phosphites and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate in the presence of 4-nitrophenol and/or acid chlorides, dialkyl(aryl) phosphites and N-methylimidazole at 70 oC under solventfree conditions.
متن کاملAn Efficient Synthesis of 4H-chromene Derivatives by a One-pot, Three-component Reaction
A facile and efficient one-pot, multicomponent synthesis of 4H-chromenes is reported, through the reaction of arylglyoxalmonohydrates with 1,3-diketones and malononitrile in eTEMPthanol in the presence of L-proline as a catalyst.
متن کاملOne-Pot, Three-Component Arylalkynyl Sulfone Synthesis
A one-pot three-component protocol for the preparation of arylsulfonyl alkynes through the reaction of ethynyl-benziodoxolone (EBX) reagents, DABSO (DABCO·SO2), and either organomagnesium reagents or aryl iodides with a palladium catalyst is reported. A broad range of aryl and heteroarylalkynyl sulfones were obtained in 46-85% overall yield.
متن کاملA novel microwave-mediated one-pot synthesis of indolizines via a three-component reaction.
[reaction: see text] The microwave-mediated three-component reaction of acyl bromide, pyridine, and acetylene is catalyzed by basic alumina to give corresponding indolizines in excellent yields in a one-pot reaction.
متن کاملOne-Pot Three-Component Synthesis of Imidazo[1,5-a]pyridines
A one-pot three component condensation synthesis of imidazo[1,5-a]pyridines using of various aromatic aldehydes and dipyridil ketone with ammonium acetate in the presence of Lithium chloride as catalyst in good yields under microwave irradiation has been described.
